Cancellation Terms:

Bookings for one room can be cancelled up to eleven days before arrival for no fee. Please note that for bookings for the New Year period a longer time limit applies, of which you will be informed of in writing. For later cancellations and/or changes to you booking (after the deadline mentioned) up to 70% of the booked package can be charged as a cancellation fee.

The guest is at liberty to prove that the amount of loss is lower than the cancellation fee (according to §309 Ziffer 5b BGB). Please note that the reason for your cancellation can play no role in this. To avoid unnecessary risks, we recommend that you take our travel cancellation insurance.

We also offer our guests further possibilities to reduce the risk of cancellation costs: if you pay a deposit of 25% of the agreed package price at the latest 10 days after making the reservation, we will not charge you an extra fee for late cancellations. (This applies to the date on which you receive the reservation confirmation and the date on which we receive confirmation of payment.)
