ATTENTION: In Rhineland-Palatinate, the 3G rule will be in effect as of March 4, 2022. This means non-vaccinated or non-recovered persons over the age of 16 must provide proof of testing upon entering the hotel. In the case of stays of several days, a new test must be carried out every 72 hours, calculated from the time the last test was carried out. The follow-up testing can be done in the hotel under supervision. The presentation of an officially valid photo ID is mandatory in all cases.

3. Who is allowed to visit the hotel? Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort is open to all guests who have a confirmed reservation and meet point 1. Visits by passers-by are not allowed.
4. what do our adult guests (after the age of 16) need to bring with them on arrival? You will need a valid vaccination certificate or proof of recovery . Please note that proof of recovery is only valid for six months. If you have not been vaccinated or have not recovered, please bring your valid proof of testing. You will not be admitted to the building without proof of testing! An officially valid photo ID must be presented.
6. is the wellness area open? The Vitalwelt - indoor and outdoor - with the saunas and pools is open. Please observe the general distance requirement there as well.
7. Is there a mask obligation in the hotel? The mask obligation does not exist any more.
8. Do hotel employees have to wear a mask? There is a mask obligation for all employees.

10. What are the cancellation conditions if the hotel has to be closed due to an official order? In this case we will cancel the stay free of charge. Your deposit will be refunded or credited to your next stay. Reservations for a single room can be cancelled free of charge up to five days before arrival (groups up to 12 days before arrival).
11. I have Covid-19 or am in quarantine. What will happen to my stay? We will cancel your stay free of charge. Proof must be provided accordingly. Your deposit will be refunded or applied to your next stay.

13. is it possible to be tested on site ? Rapid tests are currently available at the German Red Cross (by appointment during opening hours, Geschwister-Scholl-Str. 2 in Dahn) and at the Apotheke am Jungfernsprung (Pirmasenser Straße 23 B, phone 06391 5603) in Dahn.
