All levels, the classes will be adapted to any level.
You can come alone and meet new people or come with a friend, your partner (kids) or family. Mum-to-be’, new mums or those trying to conceive, are welcome too as Eileen is also certified in pre & postnatal & fertility yoga.

It is an all inclusive weekend!
Extensive included services make relaxation in the Hotel Pfalzblick so easy. The included services are available from 3:00 pm on your arrival day until 12:00 pm on your departure day.

ABOUT ME your teacher:
Eileen is an experienced 500 RYT yoga teacher also certified in Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal and Aerial Yoga and more. Her passion and style for Yoga is infectious, bringing elements of flexibility, strength and balance.
This yogini's goal is to share an accessible practice, encouraging students to break through their perceived limitations both on & off the mat. She is a true believer that yoga is for EVERY BODY.
Having given birth to 2 babies, was the most transformative experience & made her re-discover yoga in a completely fresh way. It showed her what miracles the body can accomplish, connecting her with her body on a deeper level. After pregnancy she felt again like a beginner on the mat, enriching her practice & teaching with even more compassion, patience and acceptance, favouring simplicity over “acrobatics”.
She speaks English, German, French, Luxembourgish, Italian and Spanish, so she can always give you additional explanations in one of these languages :)

In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent me from personally leading the retreat due to sickness or any other unavoidable reason, please be assured that a qualified substitute teacher will be appointed to maintain the quality and integrity of the retreat program.
As part of our terms and conditions, we kindly request your understanding that no refunds will be provided solely due to a change in the teacher/ retreat leader. We remain committed to delivering a fulfilling and enriching retreat experience, and the substitute teacher will be fully capable of providing the guidance and support needed throughout the weekend.
