About Oliver Li-Sai:
Yoga has been relaxation and deceleration for me for 20 years. I use it to consciously give my mind and body time and attention. Yoga offers me a holistic physical balance to my sports such as jogging, climbing, surfing, tennis, volleyball and golf.
This allows me to compensate for one-sided, sport-specific wear and tear on my muscles, spine and joints and prevent injuries. In my view, yoga is a highly effective remedy for stress and chronic back pain.
I summarize my guiding principle as follows: "Every body is unique - your body, your yoga". I encourage my yogis and yoginis to find their inner yoga teacher, to treat their own body with respect and to listen to its signals. Your body - your yoga - my holistic approach.
Yoga off the mat - what inspires me?
Being curious, using your own heart as a compass, "doing something different", changing your perspective. I am particularly inspired by and through: my wife and children, traveling, music, sports, books, workshops, conversations and of course - coffee in the morning!
My concept is based on the fundamentals of basics, simplicity and consistency. I take into account the uniqueness of each body and value a solid foundation.
Your yoga for individual needs. I focus on meeting the specific needs of my students - be it sport-specific training, age-related degeneration or back problems. Tailor-made solutions are the focus: your body, your needs, your uniqueness, your yoga.

- Varied yoga sessions: We practice Yin Yoga, supplemented by fascia rolling elements, Hatha Yoga, flowing Vinyasa series & Functional Yoga/ Mobility Moves

- Whether you are a beginner, advanced or recreational athlete - the asanas (exercises) are designed so that they can be adapted to your level.

- 07.45 am Breathwork "Clarity"
- 08.10 a.m. Wake Up Yoga, classic asanas combined with functional mobility moves
- 09.15 am Breakfast
- FREETIME (spa, treatments, nature, individual coaching if required)
- 3 pm 120 min. yoga session "Healthy Spine - focus on posture and freedom of movement"
- 7 p.m. Dinner
- 9 p.m. 60 min. Good Sleep Yin Yoga - deep relaxation at the end of the day
