Wissembourg

There are many stunning sights in Alsace. You could, for example, take a stroll through the picturesque town of Wissembourg, which will delight you with its medieval town centre and the large Gothic church of St. Peter and Paul. Wissembourg is located directly on the German-French border in Alsace and is easily reachable from Pfalzblick via a cycle path. Above Wissembourg, on the German side in Schweigen, there are renowned wineries. However, their vineyards are located in the district of Wissembourg – so you can enjoy top German wines grown on French soil.

Haguenau

Historical monuments from all eras await you in Haguenau, 50 minutes away. On the way is the town of Soufflenheim, which is world-famous for its pottery.

The 100-hectare nature park is home to numerous European animal species – from ferrets and mountain goats to wolves. The petting zoo and adventure playground also make the nature park an ideal destination for children.

Reptilium Landau
