Breakfast with a view – all year round

In fine summer weather, our sunny panoramic terrace is the best place for enjoying breakfast in Dahn: With a view of the Dahn Rockland and surrounded by birdsong and nature, you can enjoy a relaxing morning. Even in winter, you can enjoy a marvellous view – clear, quiet, and atmospheric through our large panoramic windows.

A buffet that makes you happy

Bread rolls and pastries

From milk bread rolls to spelt, rye, and seeded rolls, plus a variety of breads such as sourdough and wholegrain breads, as well as butter croissants, filled croissants, sponge cakes, and sweet treats like muffins and German-style “Amerikaner” biscuits, we offer a diverse bakery selection for breakfast. In the show kitchen, a breakfast chef also prepares fresh waffles and crêpes. Gluten-free rolls and crackers are of course available for allergy sufferers.

Cold cuts and cheese

At the gourmet market buffet, you’ll always find a selection of cold cuts, ham, and sausages alongside the typical Palatinate liver and blood sausages. Cheese lovers can choose from French soft cheeses, various hard cheeses, cream cheese, and tomato-mozzarella. Vegans are also well catered for with plant-based cheese alternatives, spreads, and sausage substitutes.

Morning beverages

Always on offer at the buffet: freshly squeezed orange juice from the juice press, vegetable juice made from seasonal local ingredients, a variety of fruit juices, still and lightly sparkling water from the dispenser, Pfalzblick Chardonnay sparkling wine, and tea from the premium brand Ronnefeldt. Complimentary coffee specialities, such as cappuccino, latte macchiato, and espresso, are available from the fully automatic coffee machines in the gourmet market. Oat milk is also provided for those who prefer it. Children can enjoy a tasty hot chocolate.

Muesli

If you like muesli in the morning, you can choose from milk, quark, yoghurt, Bircher muesli, and a large selection of cereals with dried fruit.

Egg station

The egg station serves boiled eggs according to your wishes, and the breakfast chef prepares scrambled eggs, omelettes, and fried eggs individually for you.

Fruit and spreads

Keep it healthy with fruit salad, fresh fruit, and assorted vegetables. Sweet options include a variety of jams, honey, and chocolate spreads.

Freshly prepared for you

At our live-cooking stations, the kitchen team creates egg dishes just the way you like them – from fluffy scrambled eggs to custom omelettes. Sweet delights such as freshly made waffles or crêpes make your morning extra special.

Look forward to freshly pressed juices and vitamin-rich smoothies straight from the fruit press. If you fancy, toast the new day and life itself with a glass of sparkling wine or alcohol-free grape prosecco.
