Yoga retreat - Arrival Fri
Dear hotel guests,
This retreat is conducted by an external yoga teacher. Please note that there is an additional retreat fee for the yoga teacher. Your participation in the retreat requires that you register with the yoga teacher for a fee via the link below in addition to booking here. If you have any questions about the yoga program, please contact the teacher. See below for contact details and further information!
Immerse yourself in a retreat that takes you back to a deep connection with yourself - through movement, stillness and conscious experience.
Connection to the body
Experience your body as a living space of knowledge and expression. Through somatic practice, we open up access to inner strength, expansiveness and lightness. You learn to perceive the subtle signals of your body and rediscover the harmonious interplay of your movements.
Connectedness to your being
Remember your strengths, preferences and intuitive knowledge. In a safe space, you can explore what really defines you - beyond expectations. Feel the joy of simply being.
Connectedness to the greater whole
Open yourself up to the connection with nature, being human and cosmic knowledge. Experience yourself as part of a larger field - supported, integrated and inspired.
What awaits you:
Somatic movements and medical yoga
Breathwork and meditation
Phases of rest and integration
Space for joy, lightness and authentic expression
This retreat invites you to slow down, feel more deeply and experience yourself in your wholeness.
