About Christin Ola:
I am Christin, a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training. My passion for yoga and fitness flows into every one of my classes, where I teach everything from health insurance-certified yoga to specialized formats such as aerial yoga and barre workout to mommy fitness.
My motto: "Physical and mental fitness are the key to practically every success in life."
Yoga is more than just a practice on the mat - it's a way to find harmony between body and mind and unleash your full potential in every aspect of your life. My goal is to help each participant achieve this balance and feel empowered and fulfilled through our practices together.

For beginners & advanced practitioners. The retreat is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women.
This aerial retreat is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

The hotel booking always includes the break package including full board and 5-course menu in the evening as well as the use of the large spa & sauna area.
The hotel early booking price advantage is always valid up to 90 days before arrival. Please note that the hotel is very popular. If you have a specific room request, it is advisable to book early.

Check-in and check-out times
Good to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).

The retreat will take place on several dates. The date from 23 to 25.05.2025 is already fully booked. Please ask for the waiting list. Further dates for 2026 are also already bookable.
