Saturday - Balance & new beginnings
"Morning Glow" - Meditation & Yoga We welcome the day with a practice full of clarity, lightness and inner alignment.
"The Magic of Ostara" - Lecture Learn all about the meaning of the annual cycle festival: balance of light and darkness, the symbolism of seeds & blossoms, ancient customs and their power today.
Time for yourself - nature, spa or quiet moments.
"Welcome spring" - equinox ritual An evening ritual that connects you with the forces of new beginnings. In meditation and intention, you plant the seeds for your year and call spring into your life.
Sunday - blossoming & homecoming
"Spring Breath" - Meditation & Yoga An invigorating session that lets your energy blossom and carries you into harmony.
"Walking in abundance" - closing circle A moment of gratitude and integration. What you have received here will accompany you into your everyday life as a shining seed.
Departure - The spa area is available to you for the whole day on Sunday before you start your journey home. (for a fee)

Location & setting
The retreat takes place at the Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort - surrounded by vineyards, forest and vastness. A spacious spa area, culinary delights and an atmosphere that nourishes both body and soul await you here.

The hotel booking always includes the break package including full board and 5-course menu in the evening as well as the use of the large spa & sauna area.
The hotel early booking price advantage is always valid up to 90 days before arrival. Please note that the hotel is very popular. If you have a specific room request, it is advisable to book early.

Check-in and check-out times
Good to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).

Arrival individually by car or train. The nearest train station is in Hinterweidenthal, 7 km from the hotel. For further travel by bus, please choose Dahn Stadtmitte as a stop (5 min. walk to the hotel) or carpool if necessary.
Cancellation conditions
For the accommodation at the PFALZBLICK SPA RESORT, separate cancellation conditions apply.

Cancellation until December 1, 2025 - 100%
Cancellation by January 1, 2025 = 30% of the retreat price will be retained
Cancellation by February 15, 2025 = 50% of the retreat price will be retained
From March 1, 2025 = the full retreat price will be retained
