Who is the retreat suitable for?
The retreat is suitable for anyone who wants to get their body moving and improve their well-being - whether you are a beginner or an experienced Pilates enthusiast.

You book your accommodation directly through the hotel.
Our participants are provided with the hotel's break package with very generous inclusive services.
Full board and 5-course menu in the evening as well as use of thevery large spa & sauna area.
Prices vary depending on the room category (please let us know directly whether you would like a single room or a double room).
Price for the Pilates Retreat: 210 euros plus hotel services.
The Pilates retreat can only be booked in combination with two overnight stays at the Pfalzblick Wald Spa Resort.

Check-in and check-out times
The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).

You are welcome to booktreatments in the hotel spa separately in good time before your arrival.
