My retreat offers you the perfect opportunity to take some time out and do something good for your body, mind and soul while enjoying an idyllic atmosphere surrounded by beautiful nature. I will teach Pilates and yoga, but you will also have enough time for yourself to relax and unwind. You decide what is best for you. Previous Pilates & Yoga experience is desirable. I look forward to an "ordinary" time out!

The hotel booking always includes the break package including full board and 5-course menu in the evening as well as the use of the large spa & sauna area.
The hotel early booking price advantage is always valid up to 90 days before arrival. Please note that the hotel is very popular. If you have a specific room request, it is advisable to book early.
Book spa treatments at the hotel on request
You are welcome to book treatments in the hotel spa separately in good time before arrival.
Check-in and check-out times
Good to know: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:30 on the day of departure. A spa extension on the day of departure is possible until 18:00 (plus € 35.00 per person).
Cancellation by the customer
For yoga retreats: Cancellation free of charge up to eight weeks before the start, 60% up to six weeks before the start, 80% up to four weeks before the start, then 100% of the agreed fee. Instead of a withdrawal by the customer, a substitute person can also be named.
For accommodation at the PFALZBLICK SPA RESORT, separate cancellation conditions apply.
